We continue to look at how the false teachers were seeking to draw the believers of the Colossians church away from the truth found in Jesus and His word. Satan does not care what false teaching a believer get lured into. Satan simply wants to see all believers drawn away from Jesus and His word. In this case, the false teachers were trying to draw them into circumcision as a means of reaching a higher level of spirituality.

Paul continues to remind them that they are complete in Christ. No born-again believer lacks in the least. We are all complete in Christ the second we are justified by the finished work of Jesus.

May we all continue to stand strong in Jesus and His word against the many false teachers of our day. May we always know that we are complete in Christ.
