In 2017 he was awarded a grant from the Arts Council to create the comic ‘Here comes CAT STEVENS’ published by the Lakes international comic art festival.Marc specialises in comics for all-ages and also runs workshops in schools, libraries, and at comics festivals around the country (and on occasion, around the world!). He runs ROOM FOR COMICS with Jane, which is a comic art studio  dedicated to his passion for comics and teaching the joys of cartooning.Every year Marc organises MACC-POW!
