Our coming out story was more emotional to tell than we thought it would be. This week we are diving deep into our experiences with coming out, facing homophobia, and the challenges of growing up in a northern, remote town. We also open up about what it was like to reinvent ourselves after moving away from home, challenge some of the preconceived ideas people often have about the LGBTQ+ community, and share the advice we would have given to our younger selves on how to come out to your parents and what we would do differently if we had to do it all again.
