Today Carolyn talks with David Dawson, Senior Engineer, who has been with Community IT for 21 years. David is a Senior Engineer working with the help desk escalation support team. In this interview, he takes us back to the beginnings of Community IT in a time when "everyone did everything" and how the culture and character of Community IT as a B-corp business has grown over time. David loves solving puzzles, and as he puts it, running into a (figuratively) burning building and putting out the fires.
