Companies Are Investing More In Training

from Amplify Voices · host Amplify Voices

On this previously live-streamed event, Audrey Cavenecia and Lara Nuer, talk about the fact that companies are investing more into training during this period of Great Resignation. They also discuss a Mother's Legacy. Lara Nuer is the Co-Founder, Lead Facilitator, Senior Executive Coach and Culture Change Partner at Learning as Leadership, a decades-old leadership development and culture change firm in the San Francisco Bay Area. Steeped in LaL’s proprietary methodology, Lara has been an instrumental leader of the core team of designers, facilitators, and coaches for 30 years. When Lara was 14 her mother, Claire, was diagnosed with terminal cancer and given 3 months to live. Lara and her father, Sam, became Claires’ copilots on her quest for healing. While still battling cancer -- Claire’s life’s work was born: to give people the tools to discover self-awareness. Claire and Sam created workshops to help others to bring their best selves to their projects and their relationships. “Don’t wait until you have a few months to live to work on yourself!” was her motto. Today, Lara continues to carry on her mother’s legacy.
