Concern raised over condition of Killargue Cemetery

Concerns have been raised over the current condition of the cemetery in Killargue.Areas of the cemetery, particularly the old church building, have recently fallen into disrepair.There are a number of graves located close to, and within the walls of, the church building, and it's thought that the current condition is now a safety hazard.Leitrim County Council have been encouraged to liaise with the OPW in order to get the matter resolved.Manorhamilton Fianna Fail Councillor, Mary Bohan, is hopeful that the matter can be sorted soon, due to it's sensitive nature.
