Concern raised over potential housing of asylum seekers in Donegal

Serious concern has been raised over plans to house asylum seekers in the Ringfort Inn in Bruckless.It's claimed that there are various works are ongoing on the site without all planning regulations being adhered to.The Government is being urged to step in and prevent anyone from moving into the facility until such time as all planning issues are addressed.Councillor Niamh Kennedy says Donegal County Council should take inspiration from their colleagues in Leitrim and their handling of a similar situation in Dromahair.She says what's happening essentially fly's in the face of the planning authority and that is totally unacceptable.
