Chaitra Chidanand is an entrepreneur working on her second business SALT which is in the fintech space focused on empowering women financially. As she mentions in our conversation, SALT is not women only but they are women first. Chaitra is intelligent, perceptive, kind, persistent and annoyingly for us always on the move which is why we spoke remotely, she from a restaurant between her endless meetings. She is inspiring with her achievements and humility. I see in her a modern women trying to find that elusive balance between and work and home at the same time enjoying doing both without regret.
