Summary

Reverend Osagyefo Sekou is a vocalist, songwriter, theologian, scholar, activist and non-violent resistance educator. We met in 2013 when he was a visiting minister at the First Baptist Church in Jamaica Plain, Boston. Over the course of two years, I got to be friends with Sekou, and to learn from him through his sermons, and through our conversations, both musical and verbal. Rev. Sekou's website: http://www.revsekou.com Also, a book that Sekou had recommended to me that is outstanding: http://thisisanuprising.org/about/

Conversations With My Teachers - Episode 9 - Andy Cahill

    Release Date: 05/27/2021

Description: This was the last episode of Season One of CWMT. It was a blast to check back in with Andy again, as he was the first guest on the show, and his podcast, The Wonder Dome, was one of the main inspirations for this series. (Link Below) Andy provides life coaching services through his company, The Mindful Creative. Really, he helps people make space for their best selves to flourish, through a combination of Integral Life Coaching and Internal Family Systems work. Andy is developing his own coaching practice in a way that combines all of his favorite studies. He helped me to gain the courage to finally call myself a composer and recording artist. For that I will be eternally grateful.
