Cooley On When Haskins Will Start

Kevin opened with some World Cup then brought Chris Cooley on to talk Redskins. Cooley talked about the pressure on the defensive coaches to produce a top flight defense and had a prediction on when Dwayne Haskins would start his first game. He also had some interesting comments about the chances that Colt McCoy might start the opener at Philadelphia.
