Coping With Change

This episode Eboni sat down with Cydney Gardner-Brown also known as CGB. Cydney is a recent graduate from the University of Michigan's Ford School of Public Policy and is currently transitioning and figuring out what is next for her in life! Throughout this episode they  talked about transitioning in life and the toll it can takes on our mental health. Transitioning is a time of uncertainty for many so they discussed the excitement and nerves typically felt and how they individually cope during those seasons.
