Council to examine problematic junctions around Donegal Town

Roads engineers of Donegal County Council are said to be examining problematic junctions along the main routes to Donegal Town. It follows a number of incidents in recent weeks. There was a crash in Clar last Thursday while there's also concern over the Tullyleague exit just after the Tullyearl roundabout and other areas. Fine Gael Councillor Manus Boyle has been in discussions with Council officials and feels that there a number of problematic right-hand turn lanes on main roads surrounding Donegal Town. Cllr Boyle says he has been given reassurances that these junctions will be assessed:
