MacTavish played on some of the most iconic teams in NHL history, spending time with some of the greatest players too. He spent most of his career with the Edmonton Oilers during their dynasty years with Wayne Gretzky. Craig also played with Mark Messier in New York, hoisting a Cup with the Rangers. He also had a short stint in St. Louis with Brett Hull and Gretzky. We get into The Great One leaving the Oilers, Mike Keenan and Hull’s battles, his early years with some Boston Bruin legends, and much more. Before the interview, the boys get into Blake Wheeler having his captaincy stripped, Calgary’s crumbling arena, some serial killer talk and other nonsense.
