Alexandra Van Shaik is an international holistic life coaching expert in personal, business and brand development helping hundreds of clients kick start their lives and businesses in a different direction. Using a holistic approach to each client she utilises transformative techniques such as yoga, breath work and meditations as well as group travel experiences to transform and empower with positivity. Her brand work finds her helping you to tell your business story and create your vision using her skills in web design, graphic design and photography. John and Alexandra discuss coaching methodology, cultural, peer and family imprinting, breaking emotional habits, travel, morning routines and child rearing.    KEY TAKEAWAYS Alex has spent ten years guiding people to become yoga teachers which led her to her holistic coaching methodology. As individuals we need to decide for ourselves what our lives should work towards or entail without feeling we have to live up to our parents or peers' plan or expectations for our futures. Our childhood experiences form who we are and how we respond to the world around us as adults. Many of us become hyper vigilant peace makers in confrontational situations if we were brought up in high tension households and this was true in Alex’s case.  Be aware of what nourishes you from within. What uplifts you? If you check the news every morning with its attached carefully curated world horror scenarios you are not going to have a positive day. Choose actions that empower you. As children we need to play. A high powered itinerary forced on a child with a thousand activities may enrich them but can also stress and leave them little time to actually be children   BEST MOMENTS ‘I just love to see people thriving in their life, in their businesses, just in general. There has been a thread throughout my whole life myself. Automatically myself I became drawn into this aspect of being a coach.’ – Alexandra ‘Or maybe you got into a job and after ten years you’re, like, ‘is this it?’ Am I really good and comfortable here or is there more?’ – Alexandra ‘We weren’t sure where we were going to be speaking today were we? I mean you’re in the Netherlands at the moment I believe? You could have been in Nepal but you’re off to the Caribbean.’ – John ‘I just love to get up in the morning and just do some reading, have some coffee. After that I do my Yoga practice and don’t do it the other way round! Never!’ – Alexandra ‘If a child is hyperactive, ya know, they have got all these terms for it right now. I think the root cause is because there is too much pressure on their shoulders.’ - Alexandra   GUEST RESOURCES WEBSITE:  alexandravanschaik.com INSTAGRAM:  Www.instagram.com/alexandravanschaik/ FACEBOOK:  Www.facebook.com/alexandravanschaikofficial   VALUABLE RESOURCES If people want to order a copy of the book then they can just pay postage of £4.95 (RRP £8.99) - www.johnkennycoaching.com/podcast-book-offer Want to be able to address the relationship issues in your life? - Why not book in for a complimentary call and we can discuss how you can get the new started with some new types of relationships - https://calendly.com/johnkennycoaching/30min The Relationship Guy Podcast - https://omny.fm/shows/the-relationship-guy           ABOUT THE HOST I am John Kenny, The Relationship Guy - Coaching people to experience healthy loving relationships.  Having spent a life choosing unhealthy relationships and self sabotaging my own success, I now coach people to live a life they choose.   CONTACT METHOD Facebook –  https://www.facebook.com/johnkennycoaching LinkedIn –  https://www.linkedin.com/in/john-kenny-coaching Insta –  https://www.instagram.com/johnkennycoaching/ Twitter –  https://www.twitter.com/johnkennycoach}

Brother Blaq1-" The Relationship Guy" Rob Gregg My podcast is about relationships and family. My goal is to help people make the right choice in mate selection. The only way we can grow as people is to look at our own lives and confront the truth. The saying is true, " the truth can set you free!! When we are totally free from the past, then and only then can we attract the right "purpose mate". Together with Nikhil Chinapa Nikhil Chinapa Together is a way of celebrating the relationship between you guys, the community that makes this show so special, and us, the team that puts the show together. Together, we/'re going to do amazing things. The FootPol Podcast Francesco Belcastro and Guy Burton The podcast that brings together football and politics. We'll be exploring the relationship between the two, both inside and outside the game.The podcast covers "Big Politics" like politicians, clubs, international and national federations and other organised groups and how they use or abuse the game to "Small, Everyday Politics" in the form of community-level clubs, fan associations and the way that football reflects the political challenges of our day to day lives.The FootPol Podcast is brought to you by co-hosts Drs Francesco Belcastro and Guy Burton. The Billy Madison Show Cristine Billy holds a Master’s Degree in Business from American International University and attended Mankato State in Minnesota, but don’t hold that against him. He is a collector of Star Wars memorabilia, autographs (seriously), and a self-admitted ”dork” (but in a cool way of course). Derek is Billy’s ”right hand man” and offers his opinion on many topics but he will honestly admit he’s ”not a political expert or expert on a lot of things” and ”never went to college” but neither did Bill Gates (ok Gates went, but dropped out) but so what? ”Nard” (also known as Nathan) is a former listener of the show that was given a job after Billy helped him find a girlfriend. The relationship with the girl didn’t last but Billy and the guys liked Nard’s ”wit” and offered him a chance to be on the show one day and he never left. Nard has won over 50 Gold Medals in The Special Olympics and supports causes that help place special needs individuals in appropriate jobs and careers, just as he has done.
