It's more important then ever to have habits that work for us, regardless of what the day may bring. As a stay at home mom, it was easy for me to transition from go go go to quarantine because I have littles and we don't actually go that often. That's not the case for everyone. For some the transition was brutal and they were left in slumps of depression. That's why I felt that even though states are opening back up, it's important we still establish healthy habits to sustain us if we were to go on lockdown again.
