Criticism over three-tiered disability payment

Questions have been raised over the government's Green Paper on Reform of Disability Payments.It brings with it an introduction to a three-tiered personal support payment, with the intention to help fight the higher costs that people with disabilities face.However, Equality Activist Vicky Matthews questions the notion of grading people's disabilities.She argues that illnesses can prove unpredictable and challenging.
