It’s that time of year in the Northern Hemisphere where the nights are closing in, the temperatures dropping and we are all wrapping up and bedding in for the winter. Cuffing Season is this time of year when people get together so they don’t have to spend the cold nights alone.  John asks you to consider a few things before embarking on or ending such a relationship. KEY TAKEAWAYS Cuffing season lasts all the way through to Valentines Day so people are not alone for that too. Just because this is a temporary thing for you, do not settle for just anyone. Clarify and set expectations clearly to avoid being disrespectful. Be mindful of your natural behaviour in relationships when embarking on a temporary relationship.  BEST MOMENTS‘The relationships do tend to end as soon as spring arrives and people go their separate ways. But that isn’t always the case, sometimes they will carry on because they have reached a new level.’‘Be authentic, put your best self out there and don’t just go for the first person that’s up for it.’ ‘If one has more feeling than the other then it isn’t going to be a comfortable space when it comes to an end.’  VALUABLE RESOURCES Link to my workshop - https://www.johnkennycoaching.com/5- things-you-need-to-create-a-healthy-loving-relationship/To get in touch - email – [email protected] or book a complimentary call – https://calendly.com/johnkennycoaching/30minIf people want to order a copy of the book then they can just pay postage of £4.95 (RRP £8.99) - www.johnkennycoaching.com/podcast-book-offerWant to be able to address the relationship issues in your life? - Why not book in for a complimentary call and we can discuss how you can get the new started with some new types of relationships - https://calendly.com/johnkennycoaching/30minThe Relationship Guy Podcast - https://omny.fm/shows/the-relationship-guy         ABOUT THE HOSTI am John Kenny, Award Winning Relationship Coach.Coaching people to experience healthy loving relationships. Brother Blaq1-" The Relationship Guy" Rob Gregg My podcast is about relationships and family. My goal is to help people make the right choice in mate selection. The only way we can grow as people is to look at our own lives and confront the truth. The saying is true, " the truth can set you free!! When we are totally free from the past, then and only then can we attract the right "purpose mate". Together with Nikhil Chinapa Nikhil Chinapa Together is a way of celebrating the relationship between you guys, the community that makes this show so special, and us, the team that puts the show together. Together, we/'re going to do amazing things. The FootPol Podcast Francesco Belcastro and Guy Burton The podcast that brings together football and politics. We'll be exploring the relationship between the two, both inside and outside the game. The podcast covers "Big Politics" like politicians, clubs, international and national federations and other organised groups and how they use or abuse the game to "Small, Everyday Politics" in the form of community-level clubs, fan associations and the way that football reflects the political challenges of our day to day lives. The FootPol Podcast is brought to you by co-hosts Drs Francesco Belcastro and Guy Burton. The Billy Madison Show Cristine Billy holds a Master’s Degree in Business from American International University and attended Mankato State in Minnesota, but don’t hold that against him. He is a collector of Star Wars memorabilia, autographs (seriously), and a self-admitted ”dork” (but in a cool way of course). Derek is Billy’s ”right hand man” and offers his opinion on many topics but he will honestly admit he’s ”not a political expert or expert on a lot of things” and ”never went to college” but neither did Bill Gates (ok Gates went, but dropped out) but so what? ”Nard” (also known as Nathan) is a former listener of the show that was given a job after Billy helped him find a girlfriend. The relationship with the girl didn’t last but Billy and the guys liked Nard’s ”wit” and offered him a chance to be on the show one day and he never left. Nard has won over 50 Gold Medals in The Special Olympics and supports causes that help place special needs individuals in appropriate jobs and careers, just as he has done.
