Nearly two dozen states have passed legislation that two legal scholars describe as discriminatory censorship laws.  Ben Thorp talks with Abrianna Herron about why Central Indiana residents will be watching the upcoming legislative session to see if lawmakers create potential safeguards surrounding water rights in Indiana.
