CWM - Austin Hardison

Austin Hardison is the Executive Director of Red Mountain Grace, a non-profit with the mission of providing housing for families receiving long-term medical care in Birmingham. He is married to McCall and they have a son, Charlie, and a daughter, Nelle . Austin is a Birmingham native, where he has spent the majority of his career in development for higher education and nonprofit organizations.Prior to Red Mountain Grace, Austin worked at the UAB School of Medicine and Lifeline Children’s Services, contributing to a rich background in fundraising - from participating in large, national capital campaigns to managing communications, events  and a development team.Austin and McCall are members at Redeemer Community Church, where they lead a home group. When not with his family, Austin enjoys trying to improve his golf game instead of riding his road bike.
