Currently, Tracy is the founder of Morning Star Advisory, LLC where today he provides advisory and consulting services to multi-generational families and companies primarily in the logistics and supply chain space. He is also experienced in the following business sectors: distribution, transportation, banking and financial services, investment/asset/fund management and real estate.
