CWSS EP5: A true conversation. Loneliness and the past.

This is a podcast about the lack of control we sometimes have towards happiness and being happy. This is a first step for me to be able to truly talk about myself and acknowledge my downs more than my ups. If even one person can relate to this then that would mean the world to me.  This is only the beginning so join me on this journey and let's learn about ourselves and what other people feel or how they process life. This episode we touch on a lot of things to do with me. Loneliness is the main topic of this episode. It’s a feeling that was very prevalent these last few weeks. I didn’t want to be around anyone but I did at the same time. I didn’t have a good middle ground nor understanding of my emotions. I just wanted things to happen. I also for the first time in a while talk about my ex and how I miss being around the person who meant so much to me. But I just can’t yet because I’m not ready yet.
