Cybernetics - Feat. Razor Tongue

from Jason.Creer · host Jason.Creer

New note (11.11.25) I just finished remastering this song, I have written 100+ songs since this one and have learnt a hand full of mixing techniques and gathered some handy new programs which meant i was able to redo this song to sound much bigger and clearer. i'm excited with how it turned out, i hope you like the new version. If you don't like it and you really want a copy of the old version, email me on [email protected] and i can send you a copy. :) Heya everyone, this song was inspired by my girlfriend Scribbler's Radio Play No Place like Home. In this story there is a super baddass Cyborg character who became a rather emotionless killer sworn on revenge and this song is written from her perspective, wanting the blood of the one who left her this way. Amazing vocals by Razor Tongue (so great to have him back on the channel) https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCkIVmvxDfnw7D4AF9S7zoHA https://www.youtube.com/user/EquestrianLord Lyrics My heart is frozen Lost to the endless winter Let me show you the storm that rages deep inside I see nothing more than blood and fury You made me the monster you see When you stole my life away When you destroyed all I could be I’ll bleed you dry, and rip it back For every pound of flesh and bone you stole from me It’s plain to see what's become of me And I’ve never felt quite so alive You broke my soul and fed me this rage But your worst mistake was letting me survive I smell your fear from the sky You’re nothing more than a common fly Fight me, strike me, bring me down All I want's your broken wings Like broken sparrows they fall with the frozen rain Scattered like broken glass and pain To feed my spite To fuel my wrath I sold my soul to the wendigoes and there’s no turning back All I’m meant to be It’s plain to see what's become of me And I’ve never felt quite so alive You broke my soul and fed me this rage But your worst mistake was letting me survive And I’m alive Like fire ice and broken knives I feel this Running through my - jagged gears and veins This toxic plague of war is all that remains When you took my legs You took my world... and I... Fell to hell like a stone thrown from the sky I’ll snap your little wings and drag you down with me I know that face, I know your flight The prismatic light that I dream of painting bloody red I challenge you, on this night, and I will bury steel inside your head And I will put an end to the scourge of the sky You’re flesh and bone, I’ll bring you down and I’ll drain your life in to the ground I won't let you plague our world; I will break your rainbow crown! And when you make it down to hell my friend Let these words echo through the halls It’s plain to see what's become of me And I’ve never felt quite so alive You broke my soul and fed me this rage But your worst mistake was letting me survive It’s plain to see what's become of me And I’ve never felt quite so alive You broke my soul and fed me this rage But your worst mistake was letting me survive Thank you for listening :)
