She has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Communication Studies from UNC Greensboro and a Master’s degree in Business from Mercer University. She is a business operations & project management consultant through her business, 3E Project Solutions. In her free time, Erica enjoys reading, traveling, dancing and spending time with her 9-year old daughter.
