Daily Devo 02/07/20

Today is Friday, February 7, 2020 and here is your Daily Devo. Here is this week’s Christ Connection. The command to kill all the Jews threatened the fulfillment of God’s promise of a Messiah King who would bring the blessing given to Abraham to the world. God brought salvation to His people through Esther, who interceded for them at great risk to her own life. God would provide a greater salvation—from sin and death—through Jesus who interceded for us and laid down His life on our behalf. Have you given your life to Jesus? If not, please do so today. It is the greatest decision you could ever make. Jesus says that “all who come to me, I will not turn away.” You can embrace the rescue of God by simply: * Admitting your need to God * Asking Him to forgive you * Trusting in Jesus alone to rescue you * Following Jesus Christ, The King of your life, in faith from this day forward
