Take a few moments and read Revelation, chapter 1, verses 9 through 20. In this passage, we begin a study in the book of Revelation that concludes with reading about Jesus' return. We begin with Jesus revealing Himself in a vision to His beloved disciple John. We will see that Jesus is revealed in the glory of the Most Holy God, affirming that He is the Son of God.
Then, we will see Jesus reveal His power over time, death, and a hell which will factor significantly in the rest of Revelation. Finally, we will see Jesus with His Church, with us, giving us hope and confidence as we strive to remain faithful to the mission He has given us while waiting for His return.
