Today is Wednesday, October 16, 2019 and here is your Daily Devo. We live in an age where many think the idea of a God who will judge sin is ridiculous. After all, for more than two thousand years, this day of judgment has been talked about. Has God forgotten? Does He not notice? Is He endlessly patient toward sinners? We know from 2 Peter 3:9-10 that God is extremely patient, having the desire for more and more people to turn to Him in repentance.  Of course, if we believe this and really take Jesus at His word that there is going to be a future day of judgment, then this future reality should have tremendous impact upon our current way of living. Not only that, but it should impact the way we relate to others, knowing that they, too, will one day stand before God. Have we given them the good news of how they can one day stand there as a child of God who’s sins have already been judged through Jesus?  Think about this: How have these devotionals personally challenged you? How will you address those challenges this week? Do you feel urgency to share the gospel with others? If not, how do these devotionals help put sharing Jesus with others into the right perspective?  Thank you for listening to the Daily Devo. Please send me a comment, like, or share the Daily Devo. It helps others to get the Daily Devo. Also, please connect with us on Facebook at Central Baptist Church - Maysville, KY. This way you can stay up to date on everything going on at Central Baptist.
