“Send Coach John a message”One of the best things you can do every day - is to go out and serve others.  It's not saying yes to everything someone wants you to do.  It's not where you do things for them and you neglect taking care of yourself.  It's where you add value to others.  You help them when you can.  It might be a kind word or gesture, or maybe even a simple smile.   It's all about adding value & lifting others up.  Guess what happens... you actually lift yourself up too as you just made a relationships even stronger!  Good things come throughout life - over and over again, when you create strong connections with others.  The world needs this more than ever & it can start with one person doing this a little bit here and there.
