Dan Coward speaks to Simon about the new winery and Cellar Door in Greenock, Barossa Valley. Alkina Wine Estates is the latest winery project for Alejandro Bulgheroni the Billionaire Argentinian businessman who made his wealth from oil and gas and now champions expressions of site for his wine projects around the world. Dan tells us about Pedro the soil whisperer mapping the geology, the polygon wines made in large tulip shaped concrete eggs to keep outside factors such as oak away from the wine and the CD experience.
