Dan Galpern, CEO of DanceOne, producing over 500 yearly dance events with the highest level dancers!

With his extensive experience understanding high level business operations through private equity at TZP Group, Dan recognized the immense interest in dance that was surging and wanted to be apart of it! He became the CEO of DanceOne earlier in the year and has served as an excellent leader for an organization that has a similar role to the NCAA for the dance category. Dan talks about how his interest in the dance industry began, what lead him to wanting to be apart of DanceOne, and how he sees dance growing now! He also talks about how the company is able to organize and execute on 100s of dance events a year, what they learn from them, and identifying the next big dance stars!
