I love my podcasts and one of them is co hosted by the same woman who introduced me to shamanism decades ago: Sandra Ingerman. She talked about how our moment in history feels like the undertow. She's right. Yes the undertow is a fearful thing to be sure. The ocean is never a fool's place. We are not going to worry about the undertow.
