Data Security within Treasury with Eva Åkesson

It’s not often you meet a Treasury expert with experience in both the corporate and the banking world with in-depth knowledge of Treasury data security. I am fortunate to have had the chance to interview such a person in this episode of the Treasury Career Corner podcast.

Eva Åkesson is the Former Group Treasurer at Transcom Worldwide AB, a global customer experience specialist providing customer care, sales, technical support, and collections services through their extensive network of contact centres and work-at-home agents. 

They have 26,000 customer experience specialists at 50 contact centres and an extensive network of home agents across 22 countries. They deliver services in 33 languages to international brands in various industries.

Eva has a unique background with over 20 years of relevant, valuable Treasury experience from both the corporate and the banking perspective. She also has a strong IT-focussed skill set in evaluating and establishing data security protocols within the Treasury department.
