On the eighth day, fire came out from before the LORD and consumed the burnt offering on the altar. When all the people saw it, they shouted—and fell on their faces. Both. Joy and awe together. God didn't just design a way for His people to approach Him. He showed up to receive what they brought. And afterward, for twelve days, twelve tribal leaders came one by one with identical offerings—and God recorded every name.
