Welcome to the thirty-second episode of the 75 Hard Challenge: A Dad´s Transformation Story. Today is a bridge day, as tomorrow is German Unity Day. One son had school and the other was off, so we had to organize a little at home, otherwise we had no program and just recovered from our short trip. I discuss briefly in this episode my thoughts on my impatience and how I'm trying to get a little bit of a handle on it with 75 Hard.
