Summary

Welcome to the ninth episode of the 75 Hard Challenge: A Dad's Transformation Story. Today is the first day of this season that I'm recording two episodes in one day, because I have an exciting day ahead of me tomorrow and I don't know if I can fit everything in. It's really unspeakably warm here at the time, so both workouts feel like they're being held in a sauna. In addition to the familiar tasks, today I once again dealt with IT issues and baked a good number of orange lemonade muffins, so all in all a very nice day. Tune in if you're interested to see if I left my water out today or if I fell asleep again while reading this morning. Feel free to leave me a review and maybe a follow, that would help me a lot!

    Duckworth Has Grit

    Release Date: 02/22/2022

Description: Are you familiar with the classic book Grit by Angela Duckworth? There's rarely a word so important to successful relationships as grit. Grit is a combination of enthusiasm and endurance. It's having the courage to try different approaches to get the ultimate result of success. Grit is learning that losing is a necessary part of winning. Grit is the opposite of ghosting, quitting and not showing up. And grit is very very mundane, pedestrian, and boring. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/thriving-twogether/support
