Day care centre in Manorhamilton hospital remains closed

There's still no sign of the day care centre at Our Lady's Hospital in Manorhamilton reopening.The facility has been closed for a number of years and had been widely used by a number of people from the north Leitrim area.While the services previously available there have been moved to the Bee Park Community Centre, it's said to be suffering from a lack of available space.Local Fianna Fail Councillor, Justin Warnock, says the current situation is not suitable for both older and vulnerable people with extra needs.Councillor Warnock says the issue is having a serious impact on those affected.
