DDP #17 - Trauma and Timing...will I ever heal?

As we celebrate my chemo warriors 4th birthday, I reflect on the journey it took to get here. We spent his second birthday connected to an infusion pole for almost 8 hours as he received an incredibly harsh and challenging chemotherapy that landed us in a week long hospital stay. In todays Daily Dose of Perspective, I get real about trauma and what it ls looks like to move through it and what it looks like on the other side. Might not be a light and fluffy conversation but it's a truth of life and these points can help us not only survive it but thrive through it! ...
