ZZP Update met Ron Lemmens gemist?Demissionair staatssecretaris Thierry Aartsen had voorheen het zzp-dossier in zijn portefeuille en is mede-initiatiefnemer van de alternatieve zzp-wet, die er nu toch lijkt te gaan komen. Met deze wet probeert het kabinet niet meteen alle wetten rondom zzp’ers aan te pakken, maar dit gefaseerd te doen. De eerste stap is het schrappen van het oorspronkelijke VBAR‑voorstel, omdat dit te strak was en niet toepasbaar op alle zzp’ers.Kortom: wetgeving rondom zelfstandigen kan nogal ingewikkeld zijn. Maar hoe komt dit? Te gast bij Ron Lemmens waren Sem Overduin en Oifik Youssefi. Zij zijn de schrijvers van het boek ZZPuzzels.
