January is just one of those months where a case of the doldrums sets in, and it gets ya thinking about life, existence, and mortality. I think that's perfectly normal and natural to get a case of "the morbs" from time to time, especially in January, when the new year hasn't quite taken shape yet, and the promise of change and betterment seems nowhere in sight! January is naturally a letdown month, from all the months of fun and festivity from the holiday season, as well as a time when reality sets in, and with that, a sense of worry, darkness, and despair. But there is hope you guys! On this episode Rebecca and I talk all about how we get through January and those gloomier times, as well as how we try to see life and the world from a "greater cosmological perspective." To try to put our lives into perspective, and how to stay the course with our happiness, progress, and drive, so that everything doesn't entirely unravel; and how to maintain during the darkest and lowest of times. We'll also talk about Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, and how to attain greater self-actualization, and with that, greater clarity, comfort, and happiness.
