Dealing With Guilt - "I still feel guilty about my Dad's suicide"

So the other week I jumped on a Facebook live stream to answer your questions but also talk about guilt. Guilt is something we all face, but I share a personal story about the guilt I carried (and still carry) around my Dad' suicide. When we lose someone there's normally an element of guilt that comes with it, feelings of doing more or regrets that we didn't spend more time with them.But I found that without dealing with that guilt it can drag us down. Without accepting, forgiving and embracing change we can't move on.
