If you would like to download my FREE calendar for keeping track of your commitment to read the Bible every day, you can find that on my site, here: https://www.inthefamilywaycoaching.com/pages/read-the-bible-in-1-yearMonthly memberships to support this event can be purchased on my site, here: https://www.inthefamilywaycoaching.com/offering_packagesToday we finish reading the second letter from Peter with Chapter 3 and begin the Book of Hebrews, Chapter 1.Today we will read about the difference in how God views time and how we view time. That God is not slow to keep His promises, but that His timing is perfect. We can be sure that Jesus WILL RETURN. While it might seem like more than 2,000 years later is too long a time to wait for His return, we need to understand that God's delay in calling for Jesus' return has purpose: to give time for as many people as possible to come into salvation, rather than suffer from His eventual judgment. God does not want anyone to die, but for all to be saved. In our discussion for daily application we will discuss the importance of us to continue to do the good work that God has for us to do since our work deals directly with helping to bring people into knowledge and acceptance of God's plan of salvation through Jesus. It is necessary for us to have a sense of urgency to do this work before it is too late and Jesus returns to judge the world. If you enjoyed today's reading and feel like God has lit YOUR light please click the LIGHT button (it looks like a thumbs up or a heart) and consider subscribing to or following my channel, if you have not done so already done so.
