A marathon is a very long race and life is the longest race we will run. We need to be unshakable in our faith, keeping our eyes fixed on Jesus, and remember that there is always a bigger picture than just what we are experiencing in this moment or even the entire day.  We need to trust God's training process, believing that God is working good into everything that is going on, the same way we saw that He worked good into everything we have been reading about in the Bible this year. Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow, so we know that He is faithful and will always be with us.
