We’re about to celebrate Independence Day on July 4th. It’s been nearly 250 years of a nation growing into what it is today. Our workforce is one important dimension of our society and by 2050 it will hardly look like the workforce of today. For some people, the amount of change we will experience in the workplace will be seen as a change that is being DONE to them. For others, changes in the workplace will be perceived as a threat to their identity. Embracing change requires a willingness to be adaptable, whatever change you face both personally and professionally.
