deconstructing my demons

one of the first nice spring day’s prompted my reflection about the intimate demolition that’s been unfolding for me this winter and the shadows I’ve been learning to befriend;with addiction,with myself,with people pleasing and with boundaries. ironically, admitting and acting on what we don’t want to acknowledge is *~`literally*`~ the key to unlocking the window of opportunity that will bring us through to the other side of healing… it’s not all going to unfold over night but the consistent love & patience that we can give to ourselves is what will get us there, one step at a time. <3
