Dental Office Managers Association Announces Executive Director Transition

Monica brings over 15 years of experience in dental office operations and has been a dedicated volunteer with the Association since its inception. Her firsthand experience in addressing operational challenges and advocating for the professional representation of dental office managers positions her well to lead the organization into its next chapter. As Executive Director, Monica Trimble aims to advance professional standards for dental office administrators and managers through updated certification examinations and nationally consistent expectations. Her leadership will focus on strengthening certification as a benchmark of knowledge and professionalism within Canadian dental offices. The Association plans to continue developing certification pathways, modernizing competency-based examinations, and accrediting dental office management programs.
