Wer uns kennt, also die Initatiative Starke Pflege in Münster, weiß, dass es dort immer wieder darum geht, deutlich zu machen, was den Pflegeberuf attraktiv macht. Immer wieder aber hören wir von Interessierten: " Wow, schon wichtiger Beruf und so, aber ich könnte das nicht. Da muss ich den ganzen Tag nur Popos abputzen ...". Da haben wir uns überlegt eine spezielle Podcast-Reihe zu machen, die dieses Thema unmittelbar aufgreift.  „Pflege - ganz nah am Menschen oder 'jetzt mal ehrlich' “ soll einen anderen Blick auf die Pflege werfen, wir wollen über die Dinge sprechen, die möglicherweise Menschen dazu gebracht haben zu sagen: „Pflegen, das könnte ich nicht!“ .  Über den Verlust der Fähigkeit zum Riechen haben wir aktuell durch Corona einiges lernen können - wie wichtig es ist, einfach riechen zu können. Und wir wissen, dass Ekelempfindungen uns vor „Ungenießbarem“ warnen, also wichtig sind, um gut leben zu können! Und damit sind wir beim Thema unseres heutigen Podcast: Ekel und all die anderen unguten Erfahrungen und Gefühle drumherum – was ist dran und was nicht.
