This weeks guest expert, Cailah "Health Coach" Brock, will share how to get back on track, gain focus and loose the weight you have been holding on to for years.Coach Cailah Brock is an author, model, speaker the founder and CEO of The Rock Solid Fitness LLC, Performance Training Center.  She is a National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Health Coach (HC) who has been improving the performance of athletes and the lives health seekers for over 10 years.  She has traveled the country speaking on her favorite topics of health, wellness and fitness, and has been asked to speak on subject matter for business, entrepreneurship and womanhood. As a personal trainer and health coach, Cailiah serves as the "bridge between mind, attitude and body”.
