En entrevista para MVS Noticias con Luis Cárdenas, Isabel Fulda, subdirectora del Grupo de Información en Reproducción Elegida (GIRE), profundizó en la decisión de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación (SCJN) tras despenalizar el aborto a nivel federal. “La lucha sigue. La Suprema Corte falla, reitera, que la penalización es inconstitucional, si bien no obliga a los congresos locales a cambiar su legislación, pero sí obliga al congreso federal a derogarlo en el código federal”, explicó en primera instancia.
