Diesel relief welcomed but freight sector warns that costs still bite

The Road Freight Association says South Africa's latest fuel price cut will offer limited relief for truckers. CEO Gavin Kelly warns that levies and structural costs are still pushing transport prices higher. He says the industry remains under pressure despite the adjustment.
