Disappointed, it\'s OKAY, if and Only...

from Kaapi and Conversations with Meera

Disappointed, it\'s OKAY, if and Only... A podcast that is a result of the conversations between three fathers on Father\'s Day. There were three elements, maybe you will encounter more than three too. 1)Celebration 2) Expectations & 3) Disappointment  Disappointment is a result of not meeting up with the expectations. Expectations are either set by others or by ourselves. In either wise situation, it would result in A to Z of emotions, that we have usually parked in our mind space only to rust and dance in the form of agony, irritation, and disappointment. How do we deal with the same? It is easy to say than getting it done. But, there is one thing we can think about doing. Having a Purpose in life, that Purpose which is a common element that defines not us but about our work in every situation. When we have the Purpose clear or in place in our mind, every disappointment will not only teach us a lesson but help us in dealing with people, situations and surroundings. My purpose is to  Transform words and emotions into stories creating Emotional and mental well-being! --- About the Host Meera V Barath Meera, a wandering dinosaur, Growthpreneur, and Passionpreneur roars her day with 10 Surya namaskarasanas and ends with 20 push-ups by her minion.
