These centers bring together federal and state agencies to help Texans navigate recovery. TDI staff are on-site at DRCs to guide you through the claims process, answer questions, and help you file an insurance complaint if needed If you can't visit a center in person, call the TDI Help Line at 800-252-3439.  How can I recover faster after a disaster? Prepare yourself to recover from a disaster faster by keeping your insurance company’s contact information and your policy number handy.
